Jacked: Ludacris
Starz gave Chris "Ludacris" Bridges free rein to "jack" Starz Edge for an evening. Ludacris picked the movies, did all of the wraps, as well as brought friends Kevin Hart, Kat Williams (his cousin), and others to perform skits before, during, and after the films. Ludacris also conducted interviews with artists that record on his music label and showcased their latest videos. This one-of-a-kind evening showcased the breadth of Bridge's talent.
Looking for Stars
This 14-episode micro-series was Starz' first foray into original serialized short-form programming. The program, hosted by original MTV VJ Alan Hunter, featured hundreds of contestants auditioning around the country for a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles to compete for a speaking role in Revolution Studios’ action-adventure film "Next" starring Nicolas Cage and Julianne Moore as well as for a contract with a Hollywood agent.
Special Sauce

Many of whom have become headliners not only around the country but around the world.
Stand Up or Shut Up
Starz Comedy's 10-episode micro-series follows a group of students as they go from attending workshops at the American Comedy Institute in New York City to their first, on-stage performance of a stand up comedy routine at New York's Improv Comedy Club. Along the way the would-be comics talk to the camera and to host and professional comedian Michael Somerville about their lives and about their material.
The 'Wood
"The 'Wood" is a series of original animated shorts, produced by 23D Films, that pay homage to the unique characters that make up Hollywood. The first shorts introduced six cele-bear-ties to Starz subscribers. These six were quickly followed by a new cast of archetype Hollywood characters. As they interact with each other and the world they live in, we get a glimpse into the wackiness of their Hollywood lives.
